 The paranormal is not just ghosts and hauntings, there are many other aspects, one of which is Cryptozoology.
The 'Tantanoola Tiger' is allegedly one such 'cryptid', but as you can see, it is no tiger at all.

 June 29, 1988, Christopher Davis was driving home when he stopped on the side of the road to change a blown out tyre. As he finished he heard a thump from behind and turned to see something that terrified him.
"I looked back and saw something running across the field towards me. It was about 25 yards away and I saw red eyes glowing."  In March 1965, a photographer by the name of Robert Le Serrec, made this astounding claim in an Australian magazine
- that in the previous year he and his family came across and photographed a huge, greyish, tadpole-like 'sea monster' in a shallow bay just off of Hook Island, Queensland, Australia. Are these monsters freaks of nature, a species thought to be extinct or works of wild imaginations?  Since medieval times, the concept or idea of the werewolf - said to be a person with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf / human hybrid, after being placed under a curse or being bitten by another werewolf - has terrified and intrigued generations of people all over the world.
 A creature similar to the great white, but far exceeding its known size and weight, has been reported in the Sea of Cortez for years.
It is this one beast that has come to be known as 'The Black Demon', that has locals scared, for it is thought this creature has a taste for human flesh.  The 'Werewolf of Allariz' or the 'Tallow Man' were the nicknames for Spain’s first serial killer, a tailor named Manuel Blanco Romasanta.
After being charged with the murder of a constable, Romasanta fled to live in a small village and soon, before long, his number of victims rose. |
