 Widely regarded as one of the world's most haunted locations, Old Changi Hospital has seen a lot of death and cruelty within its walls.
Built in 1935 as the Royal Air Force Hospital, it was later used as a prisoner camp and torture chamber during the Japanese occupation of Singapore.  Harold Edward Holt was sworn in as Australia's 17th Prime Minister on Australia Day 1966, but served only 22 months as leader.
He disappeared in December, 1967, while swimming, starting a wave of urban myths as to his fate, as his body has never been found. Her husband found the diary, ending the killing spree.  This photo was taken during a vacation in Rio de Janeiro. The man who took the photo stated that the building was abandoned and very run down. It was only on review of the picture that he and his wife noticed anything out of place - the boy staring back at them.

What drove her to take her own life?  Caroline Grills murdered four members of her family, as well as several others. Her poison of choice was soluble thallium salts - virtually odourless, tasteless, and highly toxic - dubbed 'The poisoners poison' and 'Inheritance Powder'.
