This photo was taken during a vacation in Rio de Janeiro. The man who took the photo stated that the building was abandoned and very run down. It was only on review of the picture that he and his wife noticed anything out of place - the boy staring back at them.

the original with two close ups. There is not a lot known about this photo. Asides from what is in the blurb all that I could find is that it was taken pre 2005 and most information comes from Spanish language sites.
If you have the ability to 'read' the photo it would be great if you could get more information about it.
