Does his spirit still linger - this photo shows that it might - but is it fact or fiction? You decide!
James "Jim" Douglas Morrison
He was buried in the Père Lachaise Cemetery, his grave originally without a grave marker. Over the years many headstones were made and defaced or stolen, until Morrison's own father placed a rather ordinary looking headstone on the site with an inscription in Greek that reads "against his own Daemon".
However, in the background, standing in the doorway of a crypt, is a semi transparent figure, arms held wide.
The Ghost Photo
Meisner did not realise he had captured the apparition until many years later, when he was going through his photo archives, and his assistant pointed it out.
What do you think?
Was Jim Morrison's ghost captured that day in Père Lachaise Cemetery?
Could it be a trick of the light and shadows?
Or do you think it is a hoax, a complete fake?
