Holidays and celebrations are times when we may really think about those who are closest to us who have passed away - gatherings of family and friends that are typically dotted with conversations and reminiscing about those who are no longer here. They are also times of great energy, rejoicing, happiness and remembrance.

There are many stories to be found of holidays and celebrations being times where strange occurrences are experienced by some of those who are gathered - occurrences that are not frightening but are more comforting. Many theorise that these occurrences are caused by past family and friends who can not be present in the physical but make themselves known in 'spirit' to still be around that familiar energy of a family and friend gathering.
