 Just a short walk from where I live is the Dry Creek Linear Park. A quick stroll along the walking track will take you past several interesting buildings and a few old quarries.
I have investigated the reported ghost sighting previously so this journey was to get some photos so you can check it out. Have a look.

 The ruins of Newmans Nursery, in Anstey Hill Recreation Park make for quite a fantastic photographic subject. However I went there more for the stories, the tales of a ghost child, possibly that of a little girl who died here in a tragic accident long ago.
Have a look and join me in my visit.  A random old building loomed out at us as we pulled up in the car. It is only small but there was some interest inside as the fading history still struggles to make itself known.
A history I am keen to learn more about!  A place of tragedy is what I searched to find. Is it one of these? Some say 'no' but the research says 'yes'... saying it is now gone may be a ruse to keep people away.
Take a look and see if you can pick up on the energies of mother and children lost and possible injustice as potentially innocent men have their lives taken for the crime. As we visited the wind was starting to pick up and the rain was beginning to fall. |
