 After a firefighter attended a blaze in Gary, Indiana, he posted some photos of the fire on his Facebook profile.
It was here that a strange figure was discovered, standing at a window, amongst the flames. Was a ghost captured in this photo? Fact or Fiction? You Decide!

 Objects moved, stains inexplicably appearing and disappearing, hair being pulled by unseen hands, the image of a man in a mirror, a young boy seen on the stairs and the smell of ladies perfume are some of the experiences people have reported at Whepstead Manor.
 It is said that cleaners and other night time staff have suddenly requested a transfer or resigned from their jobs after a night shift in this building.
A suggested reason for this is that they may have come across one of the ghosts of this once girls orphanage...  Port Arthur, once a convict settlement, is now a tourist attraction and one of Australia's most haunted locations.
Incorporating a prison, asylum, hospital and cemetery amongst others, it has stories filled with pain and despair, along with the hauntings that go with them.  Once the tallest building in the city of Brisbane, Australia, the Brisbane City Hall has seen a few deaths - people plummeting from the clock tower due to accidents and otherwise.
With a claim to being haunted, recent renovations saw the building become more active than normal.  These two photos of Tantallon Castle in Scotland, taken 32 years apart and by different families, have captured something mysterious, yet very similar.
It is believed the ghostly figure in both is that of a man wearing tudor clothing and a neck ruffle. Fact or Fiction? You Decide!  Boggo Road Gaol (Brisbane Prison) lays the claim of being home to many ghosts - both former prisoners and a warden/guard.
With more than a few executions having taken place within its walls (at least one not going to plan) there is certainly a history of darkness and death.  In the 1930s a lady entered her basement to take some photographs for a quote, regarding a renovation.
On development, a semi-transparent figure could be seen. The lady believes it is the image of her husband who died several years earlier from a heart attack, while renovating this very same basement... Fact or Fiction? You Decide!  The Fremantle Arts Centre is considered one of the most haunted locations in Western Australia.
Originally built as a psychiatric hospital - Fremantle Lunatic Asylum - it has seen much overcrowding, abuse and death. The activity currently experienced likely comes from that history.  After a tragic event took the lives of two crewmen aboard the SS Watertown, they were buried at sea and the crew moved on.
However, it seemed that the two dead crewmen stayed a while longer, appearing in the water and waves to many about the ship, and were eventually snapped in this photo. Fact or Fiction? You Decide! |
